IFTA is excited to be headed to Northern Italy for the 2014 Study Tour! Space is limited - the Study Tour is capped at 146 people. You may be added to the waiting list at no cost and will be contacted if space becomes available to place your deposit and reserve a spot for the tour.Details for the Study Tour are still being confirmed, but the tentative agenda has participants convening the evening of Saturday, November 15, near Venice. Visits to Venice, Verona, South Tyrol and Trento di Non Valley are being scheduled, with time allotted to visit Interpoma. The tour is scheduled to conclude on Saturday, November 22. The anticipated cost of registration will be in the US$1,900-2,100 range per person for double occupancy, and US$2,400-2,600 range for single occupancy. The registration fee will include seven nights of hotel accommodations, all group ground transportation, some group meals and entrance fees. Airfare to Italy is NOT included in your registration fee. Final registration will be completed once all contracted services are completed and the final registration fees are determined.

The 58th Annual IFTA Conference will feature a Pre-Conference Honeycrisp Intensive Workshop on Saturday, February 21. Educational sessions on the 23rd and 25th will cover production topics for profitable orchard management. Don't miss the Orchard Tours through the Annapolis Valley on Tuesday, February 24. More details about the conference will be coming soon with online registration opening in November.
